At Torque E-bikes, we want you to ride in style and comfort; if your apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
